All of these shows, with the exception of the York County Balloon Fest and the Codorus Summer Blast, are indoor shows and will be held on Sundays in Memorial Hall - West Wing at the
York Fairgrounds and Expo Center in York.

All indoor shows will run from 10AM until 4PM.
Set-up starts at 7:00AM.
Spaces that are unoccupied at 9:30AM will be resold.
Dismantle is to be completed by 7:00PM.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR CRAFT SHOW COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE APPLICATION FROM VENDORS OR CRAFTPERSONS WHO DO NOT MEET SHOW CRITERIA OR ARE CLASSIFIED IN CATEGORIES WHICH ARE FILLED BY THE TIME OF APPLICATION RECEIPT. WE ARE PLANNING PLENTY OF ON-AIR, CRAFT MAGAZINE, PERIODICAL AND NEWSPAPER PUBLICITY.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING AND KEEP FOR YOUR RECORDS:
- You will receive your space number two (2) to three (3) weeks prior to the event. PLEASE, NO PHONE CALLS concerning the arrival of the acceptance letter. Unacceptable applications are returned immediately with an explanation.
Any questionable applicants will receive a call so we may obtain further information.
- Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE when accepted.
REMEMBER: All spaces are rented on a First Come - First Serve basis. The vendor history is taken into consideration for placement, when received by the deadline date.
SAVE MONEY: BOOK YOUR SHOW EARLY. Return your application before the date noted on the application and receive a $10 discount. (See Application(s) for further explanation.)
